GRAY’S COORS TAVERN

Located in the heart of Pueblo, Colorado, Gray’s Coors Tavern has been a local tradition since 1934. Known as the Home of the Original Slopper, Gray’s has welcomed generations of locals and visitors looking for great food, cold beer, and a true taste of Pueblo.

For more than 90 years, Gray’s has been a place to gather with friends and family, enjoy our famous Slopper smothered in Pueblo green chili, and take in a little local history along the way. From the memorabilia on our walls to the familiar faces around the tavern, Gray’s is proud to be part of the Pueblo community.

“I'm a native of Pueblo but live in Colorado Springs. Hubby and I were in Pueblo today for business and had to stop in. We enjoyed the most popular SLOPPER! The green chile was flavorful and fresh cut fries. Absolutely no complaints on anything. Friendly staff, clean inside and out, clean bathrooms, background music perfect. “This is a must visit when you come to Pueblo. They are famous for their slopper which is an open face burger smothered in red or green chili or both. You should add fries and it comes with cheese and onions. I love the frosty cold 18oz schooners and the inside vibe is just so cool with high back wooden booths and red vinyl fixed bar stools. Great service as well.”
