Customer Reviews
“I'm a native of Pueblo but live in Colorado Springs. Hubby and I were in Pueblo today for business and had to stop in. We enjoyed the most popular SLOPPER! The green chile was flavorful and fresh cut fries. Absolutely no complaints on anything. Friendly staff, clean inside and out, clean bathrooms, background music perfect. Will definitely be back again.”
— Happy Customer“The staff was friendly and attentive, and now I know why the "Slopper" is a regional favorite! I love how they feature local food producers in their ingredients. The bread used on the Steel City S.O.B. was sooo good.”
— Happy Customer“This is a must visit when you come to Pueblo. They are famous for their slopper which is an open face burger smothered in red or green chili or both. You should add fries and it comes with cheese and onions. I love the frosty cold 18oz schooners and the inside vibe is just so cool with high back wooden booths and red vinyl fixed bar stools. Great service as well.”
